Shingle style home in Hanover NH
who is the manufacture of the stone wall?
Can you please tell me the name of the stone you used and where you sourced it? Thanks! Very nice.
for natural stone, try ... or ...
Hello, I am glad you like it. This stone was sourced from a local Vermont quarry - that is about all I can tell you. Hope that helps.
Can you please let me know what stone has been used for this wall? Many thanks.
Hello, These are dry laid stone walls. Hope

skipping stones for impact. When renovating a house, the pathways are often the last thing considered. However, it’s worth taking time to get it right, as the front path is one of the first things guests see and experience. Here, geometric slate blocks surrounded by white decorative stones give a nod

type of finish does this concrete walkway have (broom?) ? and Did you add color ?Thank You !
What are the green plants and type of large stone pebbles used?
I am looking to replace regular mulch with stones to create a more contemporary look
and not have to remulch frequently. I imagine leveling the ground (dirt), laying landscaping fabric and placing the stones on top would suffice, yes? Just one layer since the stones are large?
where do we find pathway concert stones of this size
Wow, I love the design. The lights look really good too. Do you have more pictures of the backyard?
I also wonder about leaves or twigs that get lodged in the stone. How do you manage what won't blow out?
another finish that is used alot for walkways and patio's that's better looking than typical broom finish is a sand finish, which is finished smooth, then a light etch retarder is sprayed on it

Where did you get the large stones?
What is growing between the stones? Thyme? Rupturwort??? Looks great
What type of stone is this and does it require special care?
It is called wooly thyme. It likes the heat of the stone and will cover it if you leave it!

like the stones steps with the moss in between.
plants, moss and stone, pathway edging
stepping stones huge ones walk way
There's something perfectly imperfect about moss filling in the cracks around a stone pathway. The moss adds some character to the walkway.

entire frontal view of the home would be helpful (my computer cut the top of this photo off), a corner, side and rear. I really like the patterns of stone and brick and would like to see more of it on the other areas of the home. I am wondering if I could achieve a simular design for the new home I am
multi-layer brick shelf above the stone
Stone, brick, blue stone, trim color
what the walkway will look like?
Brick edge ties to house trim, stone walk ties to house.
Very inviting, a little too formal, but I like the mix of stone and brick. Looks too expensive.
