Could you please tell me who makes this couch and the size? I have a family room off the kitchen that is 12x 9 and I want to put the couch on the 9 foot wall in front of the window just like this one.

10x13 room with 16' ceiling; windows about 14'. open to 3 other rooms, two with 8' ceilings
floor. Room is like a tall box. Would ceiling trim, chair rails help reduce box look? Not much room for table, chairs, traffic.
