What is the counter top made out of and how was it done?
love the sink and cabinets also like the counter top but maybe or only an island
The farmhouse sink looks great in this picture. Like the cabinets, too.
I like the wood top. I am looking for raw mahogany top for my island
Good example of a bump out. We're picturing a somewhat wider sink cabinet which would make the projections on the countertop a little wider. This sink looks scribed right into the face, not sitting on a plank. I like this.
I love the pictures under the cabinets
window shade nice maybe for kitchen
Definitely LIKE THIS for the mud room!
mudroom on the first floor. The counter is a butcher block design and the wood is mahogany.

When using high gloss paint do the walls require special preparation?
Located on the 12th floor of 505 Greenwich Street, the walls of the previous units were completely demolished and the new space was created from scratch as a 1600 square-foot home in the sky. With five floor to ceiling windows facing east, the plan was derived by aligning all of the rooms along the windows
windows for natural light and skyline views of SOHO. The main area is a loft like space for dining, living, eating, and working; and is backed up by a small gallery area that allows for exhibiting photography with less natural light. Flanking each end of this main space are two full bedrooms, which have
locations. The aspiration was to create a sublime and minimalist retreat where the city could be leisurely looked back upon as a spectator in contrast to the daily process of being a vigorous participant. Photo Credit: Paul Dyer
