rustic pine floors are ready for Another 100 years!
Hello, It would look fantastic in a timber frame home. This is a reclaimed pine so the boards are a lot harder than new pine. Very easy to clean. The floors have been in for 13+ years and do need to be refinished at this point.

with a floor finisher in your area to see what they would charge to finish them using this method. I can say that while they are simple boards, they were not inexpensive either (when you consider all of the labor that went into installing and finishing them).
exact flooring and finish runs per sq ft? I am getting ready to start a new build and I love this! Also, would it be as nice in 3-6 1/2 inch boards with the same finish? I am sorry if this is a tacky question, it's just an important one. :)

Now there are large bare areas where the finish has worn away, plus lots of scratches from the dog. Looking for a solution that doesn't involve refinishing the
