Do you have the house plan for this?
We are about to build and I love this look. I am having trouble finding house plans for houses that I like.
This house plan can be found through Wayne Windham Architect in Bluffton South Carolina. Thanks for the interest.

I luv Alan Mascord and houseplans.co. What plan would this be?
Woud you please share the floor plan for this house ,or direct me to where it might be available?
can view plan details here: http://houseplans.co/house-plans/2459 Thanks!
Mascord has a new, smaller plan with about 3500 sq ft including the bonus room with full bath. http://houseplans.co/house-plans/1334/
floor plan! Wish I could afford to build it! Do you have a similar plan with less square footage?
That doesn't tell me the fireplace dimensions or the stone type used? I did find out the ceiling are 14ft. But that house plan was of no help on the fireplace.
ans.co/house-plans/2459/ It shows the ceiling is actually designed to be vaulted - with a flat portion over the doors at 14ft.

Questions to ask: • What do you want to achieve? • Where do you want to be? • What will this cost? • Can it really be achieved? • Does plan A make sense? • What's plan B? By the way, a goals statement is what architects refer to as a program. So when your architect says "program," just think "goals."

he simplicity, directness and beauty of a narrow floor plan makes it suitable for many building sites, and not only those on tight lots. Homeowners with narrow sites who feel constrained by tightness can embrace the narrow building plan, which offers advantages over stouter ones. Here’s a look at
space. Floor plans that are one room wide gather and distribute light very efficiently.
biggest advantage of a narrow building footprint is access to natural light. Narrow layouts permit daylight to enter the full depth of a space. proportion and allows for roughly 3 feet for walking space; 2 feet for built-in cabinetry, closets or shelving; and 13 to 15 feet for living space. Narrow plans ensure you’ll always be within a few feet of a window, natural light and fresh air.
