Just ask your contractor to build a seat before the tiler comes in. Doesn't have to be that high either. Mine is lower like a step. Great to put your foot on the shave your legs :-)
Your bathroom is absolutely stunning; I love it to bits.
Since limestone is a natural product, that is distributed through a variety of means, you'd have to check your local sources. Also, the walls are not painted to match, they are white.

I will have a similar stone fireplace in my new condo. I was thinking that finding a paint color would be a challenge. Would you mind sharing your paint color?

Thank you for your answer, I've had 2 full sized couches twice already and always loved the look. I never did the facing each other with chairs though, but since I know you can I am definitely doing this next time I re-decorate, which is planned in the near future.
