My apologies to hontoo - if your query meant the "low growing green plants" next to the grass. I can't speak for the Windsor Companies.....but the green plants at grass edge looks like.......pachysandra.
Arborvitae get the ones that have only a 5 foot spread, otherwise planted this close would choke each other to death and have less dense branching.

All are hardy shade to semi shade plants. Some tolerate more sun. You've only to research to see how many amazing varieties
