Make sure you research bamboo before planting!
Stardust Modern, thank you for your kind words. The perimeter plantings are all Golden Hedge Bamboo. There were contained with a 3' deep root barrier. It was in instant transformation the day the bamboo went in.
lawn is about 2'. The bamboo was purchased as 15 gal size, so for the same immediate impact you would need at least 18". The bamboo containers were planted about every 2'-6" o.c. I cant remember exactly where is tas sources from, but I believe is was Bamboo Sourcery in Sebastopol, or Bamboo Giant in Aptos
