Looks like polished nickel.
As to which faucet, it is hard to tell from the photo.
It is a traditional faucet with cross handles and sidespray.

Hardware is by www.Classic-Brass.com purchased thru Period Hardware on Charles Street in Boston, MA. We have used this style more that I should for our clients , it is heavy, solid easy to grip and very classic fits all styles of kitchens. It is just the best!
I do not like the look of these bar pulls.

Cabinet pulls are Restoration Hardware, Aubrey Pull in Polished Chrome. Not sure of the brand of the backsplash tiles, but they are 4x12" glass, color: Snow White, you can get at www.classictileandmosaic.com

The hardware for this kitchen were from Atlas hardware from their Sutton Collection 292-PN for the knobs and 291-PN for the 4" pulls. For your backsplash, that might be a tricky size for you to find. It might be easier to do 3" x 6" and then allow for a cut to happen closer to the underside of the
