What stone did you use for the fireplace and where did you get it? Also, what did you use for the base plate (just below the fire where someone would sit) and where did you get that?
I apologize- this stone was specified by the architect to match the exterior. The architect is now out of business and I do not have a record of what this is. I do know that the hearth is a flagstone material and that the stone is a real stone (not concrete product)
