I like the "ad hoc" feeling of this building. same roof unifies the two structures, but they're separate designs. could work for our garage/house layout. I also like the simplicity of the

We're looking for a plan to build on our lake front lot. Love this! Could you please supply dimensions & square footage?
We at Eskuche Associates, designed this home with very steep roof pitches at 16/12. Normally this would have exceeded the building height but this city allows taller buildings when the attic is divided into several separate fireblocked areas. We dropped the interior pitch to 12/12 in order for the trusses

Multiple buildings, covered walkway, Spanish tile roofs
newer California house has been designed in a Spanish colonial fashion. Notice the gable roof forms with portions extending broadly to create generous porches. Different sections of the structure surround a courtyard, defining a key exterior relationship to the whole composition. The original ranch style
can be considered traditional, while others can be contemporary or modern. The common thread is a long and low asymmetrical appearance with generous porches or entrance covers and a free-flowing form.

Second story overhang/porch, if we ended up going that route. Also like the small but numerous outdoor lights.

Could build this into suspended decking somehow - stairway sides?
I think I would love to try to build this and see which plants would do well like this. I am not much to bend over all the time to do gardening.
