They were outstanding. Honest. Fair. Neat. Responsive. Creative. Caring. Highly skilled. Very knowledgeable. Fast but not carelessly so. We are extremely happy and do not have a single negative thing to say about Greg and crew.

Greg and team were wonderful to work with. My wife and I were struggling to find a contractor we felt comfortable with for our total home remodel. Then we found Sawdust Therapy. They are passionate, skilled craftsmen and Greg is dedicated to achieving the homeowner’s vision. I would definitely recommend Sawdust Therapy to anyone looking to do a large remodel.

Greg and his crew at Sawdust Therapy are second to none when it comes to quality and eye for detail. Our project was well managed, ahead of schedule and below budget. They consistently put their client first and treated our project like it was their own home. Communication was consistent and clear which made the project (which was a big one) seamless. We never had to worry about scheduling, cutting corners, or straying from our vision. Truly a topnotch group. We can't wait to work with Sawdust Therapy again!

Greg put on a 1000sf basement and first floor addition for us, plus remodeled most of the 650sf first floor of the original house. He, his crew, and his subcontractors were uniformly great to work with. We'd hire them again in a minute.

We had worked with Sawdust Therapy before at our previous residence - they had rebuilt a front porch as well as stairway post. We moved into a condominium with very outdated bathrooms. Greg and his team did all of the demo and removal of old fixtures (including donating some of the materials) as well as installing all new tile and fixtures. Although we did the initial design and purchased all of the fixtures, Greg consulted with us before and during the process and offered many great suggestions. We are extremely happy with all 3 bathrooms and intend on hiring him for more work!!

We selected Sawdust Therapy after getting several quotes to redo our kitchen/dining room, 3 bathrooms, adding an upstairs laundry room and reconfiguring a master bedroom suite. We had consulted at least 3 references and the quoted estimate was very fair for the work to be done. We had just bought the house but were living out of state and were able to give the keys to Greg to start the work and manage it for us until we could move into town (4 months later). Our house was built in 1915 and was built with "old world" charm that needed to be preserved while performing a significant updating. Greg and his team performed this flawlessly as the house retained all of its original DNA throughout a significant transformation. More importantly, Greg was very helpful in recommending ways to cut costs and approaching the project from a cost-benefit analysis for us, not him, so often times, reducing his potential revenue if he didn't think it was the best solution for us. Bottom line, our experience with Sawdust Therapy can be summarized by 2 characteristics: total trustworthiness, and attention to quality. Not sure I could ask for more.

Sawdust Therapy has done many major jobs for us, including tearing down the old and building a new garage, installing a 1200 gallon rainwater retention system, building a large garden shed, re-doing a bathroom, adding 2 bedrooms, ripping out and reinstalling our living room ceiling and laying hardwood flooring throughout our living room and dining room. Each and every project was handled professionally and courteously. The crew is willing to go the extra mile to make me happy - whether it's moving a tree or patching/sanding walls in our 100+ year old house. The owner, Greg, is a man of character - he does the right thing. He and his crew are people you can count on to get the job done so that you are proud and so are they. I plan to hire them again soon and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Greg Mautilionis and his crew exceeded my every expectation, and I would hire him again without hesitation. Greg is an excellent communicator and manages schedules and budgets in a highly transparent way. It was clear from the very start of the project that Greg is focused on providing value to the customer, as well as building customer relationships that last well beyond the completion of the project. Greg and his entire crew were friendly, easygoing, warm, and highly skilled. Bravo!
