Addison House set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. I needed to furnish a high-end apartment in one of the most exclusive buildings in South Beach with only 4 weeks notice and from the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Maria was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, even helped me pick the perfect accessories and coordinated the delivery. Delivery was evidently carried out exactly on time by a very nice, clean and friendly moving crew. This whole challenge could not have been successful without her.

Addison House is working with us to resolve the issue with the initial furniture and we look forward to the resolution.

Addison House is extremely unprofessional! I purchased a $8,000 couch and asked them to refer a cleaner who specializes in cleaning couches. I was shocked when Juan, the cleaner, his wife and new born baby wanted to come inside my house. I am not sure as to why he brought his family which was the first of many unprofessional actions that soon followed. The couch cushions had pulls all throughout them. When I pointed this out and started to get upset, he took all responsibility, apologized and said he would pay for replacement cushions and would contact me the next day and give me an update as to when I could expect them. When I didn’t hear from him I attempted to contact him multiple times and was unable to get in touch with him. I proceeded to call the manager at Addison House, Ivan. When I spoke to him he said that he was aware of the situation and in the process of resolving it. Then, as I continued to speak to him and he began making racial remarks and stated that “ this is not an American company and they do things differently.” I’m not sure if this is your company’s standard way of treating customers and people in general but I genuinely hope this is not the typical experience for other customers. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO SEND ANYONE TO YOUR HOUSE! Juan the cleaner still works for their company! I don't understand how a brand with great quality in products could have such poor management and customer service.

I've changed my review after the company stepped up and stood by their promise to allow us to return a tempur pedic mattress. Everything worked out well

These are exceptional people to deal with and I would buy furniture from them with confidence. I purchased a large dining table in walnut and didn't have a chance to check out the extension while the apartment was being renovated so months and months later when I did and saw the wood on the extension didn't match, I called to see what could be done. They responded immediately and very quickly brought over two choices to match the table. I feel very grateful for this support. I would buy from them anytime.Highly Recommend them..!!

Have purchased several pieces for my home from Addison House. Their showroom in Aventura has a wonderful selection of modern, Italian styles and their staff is very helpful in suggesting what to pair each piece with and how to configure it so it works with other items in your home. We special ordered a dining room table and I can't wait until it arrives!
