We chose Ficarra Builders as the General Contractor for our retirement home and could not be more pleased with their finished product. Ficarra built a wonderful home with great structural integrity and attention to detail. The same project superintendent was on site each day for the entire duration of the project to make certain that everything correctly and according to exact specifications. The home was finished on time and on budget and has required nothing but routine maintenance over the past 7 years. Ficarra Builders is fantastic. I have built many homes in my life and Alan and his crew have been the best. Alan Ficarra is a superb builder, and his ethics and business practices put him in a class all his own. Alan is always on the cutting edge of new building methods, he is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of construction, and he follows through on even the smallest detail. He has an amazing spatial understanding of whatever he is building, and he knows the characteristics of building materials, so his homes age well in the challenging beach environment.
