Hi Toby, thanks for the question. It's so tough to give a quote based on a photo... each design is different and unique in so many ways. If we were to separate out just the overhead structure, it would run in the range of $20-$25k or more depending on lighting, electrical, heaters, etc. Hope this helps!

Hi cvanalstyne, sorry, kitchen remodels are outside our expertise. We're the landscape architecture & specialty landscape construction pros. I would recommend contacting local remodeling contractors, checking references, and getting some estimates from them. Good Luck!

Hi Richard, sorry I don't have that information. Our carpentry foreman made some adjustments to our original conceptual design and added some details to the planter boxes. I'm not sure exactly how the corners were joined. The little detail / overhang pieces may very well be a faux detail.

Hi leehoagland, thanks for your question. You are correct, the rock in this photo is granite from eastern Washington.

Hi winksmile, the chain coming down from the corner of the overhead structure is a "rain chain". It connects to the gutter and is a nicer look than an ugly gutter downspout.

Hi Marla, the pavers in this photo are a pre-cast concrete product made by Belgard. This specific paver is the Mega Lafitt version.

Hi bcdieseldog, yep, you're correct. We use Douglas Fir in these applications... various stains can make the wood look like cedar, weathered wood, etc.

Hi klcozz, thanks for the question. The fire pit in this photo is natural gas burning. In the case of this project, there is a small "catch basin" underneath the fire pit (several inches down) that collects drainage water, then the water is tight-lined underneath the patio and daylights out over the edge of the hill. On flat sites, we install a fairly substantial dry-well or sump underneath the fire pit that will collect water and slowly disperse it back into the soil. We also recommend keeping the fire pit covered unless it's in use. The height of our raised fire rings ranges from 18" - 22" above grade (standard seat-wall height). I'm attaching another photo of a similar fire ring for reference... Hope this helps!

Hi michaelcapra11, thanks for the question. I believe that is a single side burner, or a searing station.
