Allen Patterson is the winner of three Home Builders Association of SC Pinnacle Awards for new homes and remodeling projects. He has won the Reader's Choice Award for best contractor/builder/remodeler a total of four times from multiple newspapers. He is certified as a Master Builder of SC from the Home Builders Association of South Carolina. Additionally, he is a Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Graduate Remodeler, and a Certified Green Professional from the National Association of Home Builders. Allen Patterson was a nominee for the Awards for Business Excellence and the winner of the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award in 2006 from the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce. In addition to being a Certified Green Professional, he is also a member of the U.S. Green Council. He has been the President of the Home Builder Association of the Lowcountry for several years.
