    If it were only one not two mattresses would it be a king or a queen bed?

    Amy Hopkins Designs It's two full size mattresses so its two big of a space for one king size mattress. If you decide to build something like this my reccomendation is that you build it a bit smaller than the mattress you intend to use. Making it a tight fit keeps the mattresses in place better.
