Andrea Broxton transformed my home into a warm, yet elegant living space. She made use of furniture and décor that I had inherited from my family as well as recommending new furniture and art work. I am delighted with the results! Andrea was very professional and insightful.

Andrea Broxton has helped me with a large renovation and addition, and then a smaller remodel. She was very knowledgeable about the process and gave me excellent guidance. She listened to what we like and was able to steer us toward the products, paint colors and look that we love. I love color and she gave me the courage to use strong color on the walls. She also helped me find products and finishings that would stand the test of time- I don't want to have to replace, remodel again in 10 years but want the rooms to look great in 20 years without major work. She was good with little details and the overall plan. She interfaced well with the contractors, too. She was more careful about my budget than I was.

I could not be happier with the work Andrea Broxton did for our family. She has the uncanny knack of understanding and interpreting one's individual style. From there she designs something creative, stylish, yet personal. She is truly an artist. I highly recommend her service.

Andrea has done many great projects for me. Among them are: 1 - Space planning and color selection for all rooms in my primary home. 2 - Complete demolition and rebuild of my master bath to include space planning, color and material selections. Andrea coordinated all trades and supervised the timely completion of the project. 3 - Space planning, color selection and furnishing selection for my secondary home at the lake. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of all three projects and hope that I can use her for every project I do in the future. My homes are beautiful now and match the personalities of those that live there. Andrea was also very careful to stay within my budget and time frame.

It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Ms. Andrea Broxton. Ms. Broxton has acted as our interior decorator providing guidance on many of our interior decor matters over a number of years. Whether it was a basement renovation to add 1000 square feet to our home of an update to the existing structure, she provided invaluable guidance in regard to color schemes, furniture and fabric selection, flooring, lighting, and accessories. It is a pleasure to work with Andrea. While she has definite opinions in regard to decor related issues, she has always listened and worked hard to understand our needs. I have always appreciated that she is a practical interior decorator who looks for a good value when making product recommendations. As a home owner, Andrea has added flair and style to our home while staying within our budget. In summary I can strongly recommend Andrea to handle your interior design projects. Saundra B. Andrea Broxton has been my all time favorite designer. She has worked on both residential and commercial projects for me personally and for multiple business groups. Projects completed by Broxton design: gutting and remodel of two office buildings, interior design of a third, gutting and remodel of kitchen and three bathrooms at my personal residence to include removing walls and cabinetry / furniture design, interior design of vacation home, interior design for house and set-up for my son's wedding staged in a large historic residence. I have been most pleased with all of Andrea Broxton's designs. She has extraordinary capabilities to work with existing features and selected pieces to create a fabulous new design. She works well within budgets and time requirements. Andrea Broxton's communication skills with architect, contractors, subcontractors for tile, cabinets, upholstery and wall covering proved invaluable for successful results. In summary, I can highly recommend Andrea Broxton.

Andrea has worked with us on several occasions. We built or remodeled three homes where Andrea worked with Susan, my wife, and they worked well together. One of the projects was a condo in Florida and Andrea was more than willing to travel and spend the time necessary to accomplish the goal Susan and i set. The first project we did with Andrea involved our home we remodeled and built a 3000 sq. ft. addition. My wife wanted "bright happy" colors. Andrea was very willing to accommodate her wishes and we were very pleased with he product. During the time Andrea worked on our homes we also built two office buildings and Andrea helped us design and decorate them. She is very flexible and keeps a great attitude and really good sense of humor. Building is not always a pleasant way to spend time with acquaintences. I hope i don't have to do build or remodel anything in the future, but if i did i would certainly consider using Andrea.

Commented: Need help dividing kitchen from dining areaThis was a designer show house I did. We had the same situation. I added columns and lighting. It could be used with or without a bar.

Commented: Do I need a rug?Yes. You need definition between the floor and the furniture. If you are worried about spills, use and indoor/outdoor rug or faux sisal.
