This is my 2nd time purchasing an appliance from Dave Hayes. Everything from the purchase to the delivery was seamless. Dave jr took the time to answer any questions that I had as well as explain how everything worked. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured. The delivery guys were super friendly and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend!!

During a kitchen renovation last year, I purchased a new Whirlpool refrigerator from a brick and mortar business out of the immediate Utica area. When it stopped working after one year's time, the business would not come to my home to do the repairs. I called Whirlpool and the customer rep referred me to Dave Hayes Appliances. Long story short: the entire family at Dave Hayes, along with their service rep, Alex, could not have been more gracious, professional, or helpful. They have spent countless hours in helping to resolve this issue both with me and with Whirlpool once it was determined that my 1 year old refrigerator could not be repaired. I cannot compliment enough this wonderful business. I highly recommend Dave Hayes Appliance Center. I will be buying all my appliances in the future from them, not only in appreciation for what they have done during this time, but because of their total knowledge of the market and their willingness to explain any questions that are asked.
