Eugene Aleci

Eugene Aleci, RA, AIA, AICP, is a licensed architect, planner, and qualified preservation consultant, who has led the firm for more than 25 years, and has more than 35 years of professional architectural and construction experience.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame's School of Architecture and Rome Studies Program, Aleci has managed the design and development of urban and rural projects, including both single-family and multi-family buildings, in historic cities and towns from Charleston, SC to Portland, ME. Residential projects have included renovation of older urban dwellings, recycling older industrial, commercial buildings, and historic farmsteads into new dwellings, passive solar designs, and new construction of family and vacation houses.

Project planning, architectural design for new construction and adaptive use of old and historic buildings, planning, design, and preservation guidance for historic urban development, historic tax credits, project feasibility analysis. Real estate development guidance.
