We purchased the nozzles and copper ring that supplies them from a supplier and had some issues. I would suggest contacting Roman Fountains. http://www.romanfountains.com/
The nozzle is classified as a frothy jet. and I am fairly sure they are oase nozzles. There is a substantial flow so there are two torpedo pumps located in a sump area covered with a custom water just cut brass grate. Each nozzle has a valve to control the height and a swivel fitting at the base to allow for adjustment. The copper ring they are connected to was poured into the concrete prior to the fountain being tiled.
