    does this kind of roof have a name or technical title? - I love the large soffits all around and the low pitch of the roof, it looks like it almost floats on the walls.

    Balance Associates Architects It's a shed roof with standing seam metal and T&G wood sheathing for the soffits that is carried inside and used for the ceiling finish as well. Thanks for the question.
