Having talked to Phillip L. Who helped me out for a 3rd time because of neighborhood flooding. My home was flooded this past Saturday. All the carpeting in the house was wet. Phillip was a life savor for my family again. Phillip came the next day and gave me another estimate that was very reasonable. He was honest n very sensitive toward my problem. As he was for a 3rd time coming to me. He’s a beautiful person n bay carpet is lucky to have him. Phillip set me up for installation the next day. I was so impressed by the whole company. He sent me Leo n his 2 sons for installation. These people were so nice I couldn’t ask for a better man n his sons to enter my home. The job came out great as always. I truly want to thank Phillip for another great experience. My wife was so happy. Thank you Bay carpeting n flooring for all you done. I’m a customer for life...!!!

Bay Carpet installed 36 window treatments, Armstrong kitchen floor, area rugs, basement wall to wall carpet and hall runners in 2014. All the work was done perfectly and with a lot of care and on time. The staff that did the work was so professional, courteous, on time and well informed. It is always a pleasure to work with Karl, the owner when I have a project.
