Reasonably rates , very professional staff from office to the electrical technician . I will be calling Speedy Electric, Inc for upgrades. Has recommend this company to family and friends. Clothes dryer cord caught fire burned to breaker box The young man fixed, that plus fixed a couple of outlets. I was very please with the service , not like other companies . Being a widow I been ripped off , (over charged) for simple work, Not Speedy they work with the customer.

The owner Bobbi-Joe otherwise known as Barbara is probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with and has zero customer service skills. She insisted on being part of a final walk through which created delays and didn't show up for final walks as promised. Her son Jesse is nice and their people are good but I would never work with this company as long as the owner remains the same.

1. NO TECHNICIAN SHOWED UP and NO COMMUNICATION within appointment time. Called office to inquire and asked for status of situation. CALLED AGAIN 1 1/2 hour later to see what status was and then learned that technician would not be arriving on that day. A new appointment was made for the next day with a promise to call in advance. 2. Next day, NO ADVANCE CALL AS PROMISED, but fortunately I checked email and learned that technician was on the way. 3. The on line GUARANTEE of FREE REPAIR WAS NOT HONORED for not showing up the day before without notification. Requested at least a 50% discount, which was denied. Very poor customer service, certainly not customer friendly. 4. Technicians seemed to be caught in the middle of a poor communication system of the scheduling and business organization.
