We hired Mr. Mannarelli and his crew in 2011 to build an outdoor 2-level patio and 10-foot fireplace and 2-foot surrounding wall (not a small job). At first, he was wonderful. He listened to us and promised us that he would see this job to the end, and if we were not satisfied, he would do what was needed to fix ANY issues. When our patio was almost finished, the ground pavers developed a condition called efflorescence, which is a white salt deposit on the surface of the pavers. He assured that he would fix this, but since we had already paid him in full (BIG MISTAKE), he avoided all our calls and visits to his shop. This issue is not fixed to this day, and I would never do business with this company again. He is not a man of his word. If you do decide to do business with him after reading this, do NOT pay him in full until you are completely satisfied.
