Brendan Briggs could change his name to The Honest Contractor and it would fit. More than a good guy, he has the creativity and vision to be able to make recommendations that would fit any budget. That was the case with me. I had a small budget and wanted a change in my kitchen. In the end it was beautiful and done on time within the budget he quoted. Rare experience indeed.
