DIRECTBUY OF FORT WORTH Arizona tile has a this really nice field tile called metalwood in a nice light color that would accent your granite. You could use it as the primary tile on the backsplash using it longer size. The as a center band they have the smart watercolors glass mosaic that you could use as a center band. thebuilderdepot.com I believe it is honed. However it could be polished. Contrary to popular belief there is little difference in the anti-slip of honed over polished in smaller mosaics. As it is the grout that actually provides the traction. The grout is equal in polished or honed so the anti-slip (or technical term friction coefficient) is equal.

So the choice of honed or polished comes down to one of simple taste.

Calacatta Marble & Mosaic Respectfully that doesn't make any sense. Bianco Carrara is one type of marble, Calacatta is another. Two completely different types of stones.
