Patricia (Tricia) Gray Hendricks is one of the most active real estate agents in the market today. Appearing in multiple episodes of NBC40, “Real Estate Show,” Tricia is always comfortable discussing the market and sharing creative strategies that allow both Buyers and Sellers to achieve their goals.
Even before New Jersey required continued education for licensees, Tricia had distinguished herself and her work with her buyers and sellers by earning a variety of important designations. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (only 4% of all NAR REALTORS® hold this designation), Accredited Buyer Representative, the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist and the Graduate Realtor Institute designations. Of note, Tricia holds a New Jersey Broker license, the highest level New Jersey Real Estate license. Her commitment to continuing education was evidenced by Tricia's role as co-chair of the Cape May County Association of Realtors® Education Committee.
Distinguished among the top 6% New Jersey Realtors® honored with the "Circle of Excellence" award, Patricia Gray Hendricks was chosen as Cape May County's "2011 Realtor® of the Year" and for the third consecutive year the only Cape May Realtor® named the "Five Star Professional" among New Jersey Realtors®. Tricia served on the NJR Education and Professional Designation Committee and presently serves on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Realtors®, New Jersey Real Estate Commission Designated Agency Task Force, New Jersey Realtor Education Foundation as well as on the Cape May County Board of Realtors® as 2015 President of this Board. Tricia Gray Hendricks' clients revere her local knowledge, extensive experience and people skills as a valued resource whether buying or selling a home.
A ten-year member of the Board of Directors of the Corinthian Yacht Club of Cape May (and its first female Commodore), Tricia has been a key member of the Building Committee which successfully designed and completed a major renovation of the Club's facilities. A graduate of George Washington University, Tricia was awarded a federal fellowship at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. In her previous career Tricia has also been recognized as a lead public secondary school teacher and has served on various boards of trustees in Washington
