Cathy Carr, APLD These are not stamped concrete, they are more like slate.

Cathy Carr, APLD Thank you so much! I love designing hardscapes and plantings because they dance together create a full environment, a luscious space. Plantings in our area usually need three years to achieve this maturity.

Cathy Carr, APLD The tree is a multi-stemmed tree called Lagerstroemia or Crapemyrtle. It is hardy Maryland and south. It comes in a number of flower colors including white and lavender, and the bark and fall foliage colors are often gorgeous.

preteek I wonder the name of the hedges, the tall ones between the house windows and arch? So full and green ...

Cathy Carr, APLD The hedge is made of Prunus laurocerasus Schipkaensis, or Skip Laurel. Easy to prune, with glossy dark green leaves, it can grow 8 to 10 feet tall.
