$10,000 - $49,999
Terrible customer service. I needed replacement parts for my sliding screen doors and they were not helpful at all. I was unable to find the replacement parts anywhere on the internet after hours of searching. I sure they are still using the same parts. Called 2 of there local dealers and they were not helpful also.

Comment from CGI Windows and Doors, Inc.:
As per our conversations and other reviews you've left on other sites, you reached out to CGI Windows and Doors on Friday and we got back to you on Friday and are still working with you now on this matter since the part you are in need of no longer exists. We hope to get this rectified very soon, but at the moment this review is unwarranted. Thank you.

Buyer beware... can’t always be sure that you are getting what you think you ordered. I ordered both operating casement windows and fixed casement windows to be installed in new construction side by side. The problem is they do not make a fixed casement window that matches the operating casement window in the series I specified. The width of the frame is a totally different size and the mullions do not line up. The windows look totally ridiculous next to one another. When I complained CGI came back with a "Detailed Customer Proposal" that shows an operating window from one series and fixed casement window from another with the same frame and mullions but the fixed windows were 10% more than the operating windows. Subsequently when I went to CGI to get the problem corrected they said "we do not make a fixed casement to match the operating casement in the series you ordered" and if I wanted all the windows to match the ones that I had already taken deliver on I would have to replace the fixed windows with operating windows. Needless to say I was very upset that the company didn't explain that to me when it was known to them that the windows would be side by side. Anyone who has had some experience purchasing windows would have no reason to think that a window company would not manufacture a compatible fixed and operating windows to match like every other manufacturer of windows such as Pella, Anderson, PGT, Jeld-Win, etc. CGI said that it was my problem that I did not know that they did not make a matching fixed casement window to match their operating casement window. In order to correct the problem I had to replace all the fixed windows with operating casement windows and pay for them costing me thousands of dollars. If anyone is interested I have 5 fixed windows in bronze that the company would not take back.

Comment from CGI Windows and Doors, Inc.:
Mr. Harmon, as per our communication on Friday, CGI does have product with compatible casement and fixed windows, however the order was not placed that way. We applied discounts for the replacement windows of the correct type to try and help you. I understand the frustration with the process, but please understand that CGI did help on our end when presented the scenario. Thank you.
