    what kind of wood is this? and color? - I like the neutral color and imagine it doesnt show dirt as much!

    Flagg Coastal Homes The island is a custom color that we call Flagship Blue. Our cabinet sub sent me the formula.The paint color is done with all Sherwin Williams products.

    1. P61WH8 lacquer primer tinted to match grey base color

    2. SW3013 pigmented lacquer base color - 20 sheen

    3. S64N45 glaze over base color, apply and use dry brush technique to remove excess

    4. Top coat with clear lacquer - 10 sheen.

    Note: Cabinets were also distressed and sanded through. The walls are Arizona White by Frazee Paints and the trim is 001 White.

    Flagg Coastal Homes I don't know the supplier of the bamboo shades, however they were cut to fit by the designer who was under contract with the owner.

    Flagg Coastal Homes The window is vinyl and we flash the inside similar to how we flash the outside; then our tile sub tiles directly to the vinyl window.

    Flagg Coastal Homes The living room is 20X15.5 and the sunroom in the rear is 10.5X15.5. There is no door separating the two rooms
