Chris Regan Design and Build

Chris managed the entire interior renovation of a 7 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath Victorian home that was built in 1900. He is very knowledgeable and has excellent project management and carpentry skills. He is an active member of the Plymouth Business Network International group which I how I was referred to him. He has an extensive network of sub contractors which was essential because of the complexity of the project: all new electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as renovation of the flooring, walls, insulation and historic features. In addition, we completed both lead paint abatement and asbestos abatement. He did an excellent job working to preserve the historic details without breaking the bank. In addition, he offered good suggestions about areas to cut expenses as well as areas to spend a little more to get substantial added value. The renovation took about 15 months and was within 5% of budget (including changes to scope). Plan to hire again for the exterior renovation and would highly recommend.
