Curb Appeal Renovations is a design/build remodeling company. They are owned and operated by a husband and wife team who have a direct hands on approach in all aspects of their business. From the initial meeting through the final walk through, Rob and Robin are there to guide you through each step of the process. If you know what you want, but have a hard time envisioning what it will look like, Rob and Robin can help you bring your dream to reality. Through their 3D computer program, they will take the selections you make with Robin and input them directly into the program so you see exactly what your finished space will look like. You can make changes real-time to get to the exact design you want, no need to "go back to the drawing board" with hand sketches...it is all done right there on the screen in front of you!

Another advantage of design build is that there is single point accountability...meaning the same people that are designing your project are also building it...so there isn't the designer or architect designing a beautiful space that a builder can't build for your budget. This way, everyone is on the same page from the beginning.

Rob Mathews, who was in the Marines and is a registered nurse, is very detailed and handles the construction side of their business. He is also a CR and CGR. Robin Burrill is an interior designer, a member of ASID and a CAPS. She has a BFA in interior and has passed the NCIDQ exam. Rob is a lead certified renovator and Curb Appeal Renovations is also a lead certified renovations company.

Robin and Rob believe very strongly in giving back to their industry and their community. Rob serves as the local NARI chapter president and Robin has been active at the local and state level of ASID and she has served on the public arts board for the City of Keller for several years.

Commented: Is this a 30In induction with Downdraft? If not co you have one? I'm unsure of your second question, but the answer to your first question is that that is an electric oven.

Commented: Where did you get the baskets? These came with the unit. But you can try Lowes, Home Depot or possibly the Container Store.

Commented: What is the countertop material? This countertop is granite. It is called Giallo Butterfly, and it will work just fine in the kitchen and laundry rooms.
