2016 and it was time to renovate, refurbish and refurnish our home. My wife and I interviewed three interior designers before meeting Dale Campbell at Urban Diversions. Dale came to our house, listened to our ideas and subsequently presented a plan. As snowbirds for five months each year, it was necessary to turn the entire project over to Dale. Wow, did he come through. He was able to suggest excellent subcontractors for the painting, carpentry work and flooring. He served as the general contractor during our absences and shepherded us through the three year project. Dale's eye for colors, furniture and accents is impeccable. Our forty year old home feels brand new, and we appreciate the quality of the furniture and furnishings purchased through Urban Diversions. We truly love the results and the exceptional customer service we received.

Dale is a visionary. His head explodes with design ideas as soon as he sees a space. Incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of good design, he masterfully advises on the macro and micro of a plan - from moving walls and redefining a space to the minute details and seemingly endless decisions that go into styling a room. No job too big, no job too small. Imaginative, creative, resourceful, dynamic, generous, patient, responsive - Dale is just the guy to coax you outside your box and into the realm of possibilities that you never knew existed. (And he makes the journey fun!)

Dale knows instantly what a room needs and is always able to find the perfect pieces to complete the look. You learn quickly to trust his ideas and opinions. After the furniture was delivered, he came out to arrange the pieces perfectly. He had some wonderful paint ideas and had good painters to do the work.

I hired Dale to support the renovation of a colonial farm house. I needed oversight that ensured that the project came together both in terms of practicality and aesthetics. Dale was very easy to communicate and work with, held high standards and worked within my deadlines. He understood my budget and what I was hoping to accomplish. He demonstrated a capacity to bring things together in a synergistic manner, bringing unequivocally value to the project. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Dale and would again retain his services without question. From beginning to end, Dale continually earned my trust and respect.

Dale was hired to decorate an open living/dining room/kitchen floor plan, that was previously decorated by a trained stager. He immediately identified how our current furniture selection and placement created visual and access barriers between the open spaces. He spent hours becoming familiar with our house and our sensibilities, and because of his knowledge of products and access to suppliers, created the perfect design. Most important, he is a one stop merchant. He immediately takes control of product issues at the time of delivery-no waiting for the company to decide/act, he had a hardware issue repaired at his expense, so that we had the item back in days. Another example of Dale's commitment to his clients occurred when a custom designed leather ottoman was accidentally damaged. One call to Dale, and he arranged the purchase of a matching leather skin and a local craftsman to recover the ottoman. Of course the expense was ours, but all we did was drop the item off at Urban Diversions and pick it up. We do not purchase furniture elsewhere.

Dale listens Dale pays attention and I'm all over the board with my likes and dislikes so it probably is a challenge. Our river house is spectacular with Dale's help.

Dale was above & beyond what we expected. He took his time trying to reconfigure how to place furniture in our oddly shaped LR. He & Amanda did a great job picking out material for our new furniture & we just love it. Great experience.

Dale was great to work with, He gave us great ideas on colors, layout, and furniture pieces. He was so patient with us as we decided what we wanted. He did not pressure us at all. He understood what we "didn't know we wanted" - in other words, he really helped us look at our space and how best to utilize it; even to use colors we would never have dreamed of using, and they are perfect for our home. He helped us find the right furniture for our needs, and use what we had in different areas.

Dale is a very experienced designer with an eye for quality solutions, yet being considerate and fully cooperative with customer preferences. He is very skilled at color matching and space organizing, along with a large network of suppliers and contractors.. Highly recommended.

Awesome store and the designer is very talented, his furniture designs are unique and very comfortable. Rebuilding an outdoor space with Dales help. Dale has transformed so many homes like ours into fun, functional living spaces.. He has a great eye for seeing what can be, working with clients needs. Love his attention to color, space and how you want to live in the space.

Dale and Urban Diversions did a fantastic job renovating our cottage - from conception through completion. He managed the entire job for us in our absence, and we could not have been any more pleased with the results!
