Kirk Allbright and David Bullock provide high-end residential design services with 25 years of experience and award-winning talent. We help clients maximize the full potential and enjoyment of their projects with personal service and dedication to your goals. We understand the special challenges and opportunities of waterfront sites. We encourage environmentally friendly design choices with experience implementing green design systems.

Kirk has practical construction experience buying and renovating several houses along with a deep theoretical background in the arts with a Master of Architecture degree from Rice University. He transformed his current house in Severna Park from a ranch style home to a two-story house with Craftsman style features blended with modern design sensibilities. The home also serves as the firm office.

David was an associate with a mid-sized firm in San Diego for many years where he honed his technical drawing and project management skills on large commercial and institutional projects. After a few years of architectural travel and adventure, he settled down to work with Kirk since 2004 on residential and small commercial projects. He recently remodeled his own home and installed a solar panel system.

Commented: A beautiful exterior! What kind of trim is used for the windows? The trim is 5/4 Azek PVC painted to match the aluminum clad window color. The windows are Jeld-wen color "Mesa Red". The house is also our office so we are happy to give tours if anyone is interested. Thanks, David...
