David Hecht Custom Kitchens

I recently worked with David Hecht Kitchens on my kitchen remodel project, and the experience was exceptional. The staff members at DHK have an eye for re-imagining an existing space, which was evident from our initial conversations about my kitchen. The final design for my kitchen was beyond anything I could have imagined on my own, and they worked closely with me to ensure all of my questions were answered during this process. During installation, the DHK team kept me informed about what was going on and took care of coordinating everything from lighting and plumbing to flooring and appliances! My DHK cabinet installer was great to work with, and he went above and beyond in ensuring everything was installed perfectly. The outcome of this project is a truly transformed kitchen/dining/downstairs space that I LOVE walking into (and cooking in!) every day. I would highly recommend DHK to anyone who is looking to get an exceptional experience with a kitchen or bath remodel project!

EXCELLENT in all ways! We have used David Hecht twice actually. I am surprised by that one star reviewer who complained about the initial plan not being what he asked for. Initial plans are just that....initial. A starting point. COMMUNICATION is the key, and Abram was super open to all of our ideas, and together, we altered the plan a few times until we got it perfect. They are professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, extremely helpful, and their high quality craftsmanship is beyond compare. We couldn't be happier! (and truth be told, I am particular) ;-)

Do not waste the $100 in “expert design” which is included by other designers, or others who offer free consultation. I said multiple times to remove a non-load bearing wall, upon viewing the design all he did was a “cut out” peep-hole. Waste of money, time.
