We are building our last home (retirement) with David DeGeyter Custom Homes, in Greenwood, IN. From our very first introductory meeting, it was clear that he was the perfect choice. He is extremely knowledgeable about the home construction industry, hasn't tried to push us into any unnecessary extras that we can't afford, has given us lots of detailed information about what we need to be looking at quality wise for the key infrastructure components. He is very hands on while the building process is underway, not just leaving it to his site supervisor or subs.....he personally checks out everything along the way. His pricing is more than fair and from what we've seen and heard from his other customers, he builds a top quality home.....ours is still in process. He is awesome to talk to, very patient and pleasant, extremely ethical and it has been a very enjoyable experience thus far.
