The worst part of this contractor’s work, besides almost killing my dogs, was that he did not know what the building code was. He used untreated wood for the shower bumper. The drain was not glued on, the drain was loose. He told us the builder had built the shower drain incorrectly by leaving the drain's immediate surrounding area not cemented in. Code says to do that so if there was a leak, the water would drain out of the house and do no damage. My next contractor had to hammer out all the cement that DFW put in. I have pictures of all the errors that were made. I question the pictures that Christian White showed me as "HIS" work because my shower looked terrible. Like a child had built it. Lines were crooked. Tiles were sticking out and chipped. Grout lines were large and ugly. He put tiles on the shower ceiling that looked awful and that might fall off. He put the shower drain in too low and had sharp edged tile circled around it. This would have cut our feet. I checked on the shower hardware that he was going to install. There was NOT one review that said it was any good. I went to Home Depot and asked them about this Delta shower choice and all the Home Depot man said was " well it's the cheapest shower hardware that we carry, that should tell you something!" My attorney has sent him 3 Demand letters and all have been sent back as not deliverable. Why is he hiding? He trashed out my patio twice. Did not show up at the time he said that he would. Threw his wastewater in my plant beds and killed a bush. Used my dog’s drinking bucket to mix cement in and then left it with dirty cement water. Showed up with a different tile man 3 times. One time one of them had his girlfriend with him.
