My company is a residential interior design company which began in Colorado in 1987. Distinctive Designs, Inc works as a team with architects, contractors, and homeowners, managing all phases of purchasing, space planning, fabrication of draperies, purchasing window coverings, carpet, and furniture
In 1993, Distinctive Designs, Inc purchased an upholstery company where, in addition to design projects, we oversaw custom-built furniture, upholstery, and accessory-sewing projects.
Our clientele has been mostly in Colorado, but have done projects in California and Connecticut. We have worked on ranches, mountain homes, townhouses and single-family residences.
We enjoy what we do and do not limit projects to size. We have designed nurseries, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living and dining rooms.
Our experience includes remodels and new builds. We are very good at combining innovative products to your plans, working with color and staying within budgets.
