In the 21st Century, great online photos of your property are the fastest way of creating interest & traffic in your home.
That interest starts from the curb onward, every inch of space - immaculate & presentation perfect.
When an emotional connection has been struck with the buyer, that translates into immediate attraction to the property.
Creating an atmosphere that nuances the suggested "lifestyle" to the potential buyer, is key.
It is paramount that the architectural details & positive features of the property are emphasized through creative staging that is appropriate to the home being sold.
As an additional service I enjoy helping realtors & home owners prepare & set the appropriate atmosphere for property tours.
I feel equally passionate for Redesign & Renovation.
Which can be particularly helpful to those who may not presently have the budget for top to bottom interior design.
One should never feel frustration or fear that an aesthetically pleasing living space is beyond their means.
Every human being deserves to experience pride in their surroundings & a joyful respite from the outside world.
My biggest thrill, is in seeing a home transformed into a fully functional AND beautifully designed space, you CAN have both...
That transformation can often be found through painting, rearrangement of present items, and or updating of hardware & lighting.
Understatement, comfort, function & organization are not only for the privileged few.
With a little resourcefulness & creativity, you can live in the style & atmosphere you had previously only allowed yourself to imagine.
And I live for the opportunity to help you accomplish it!
