Crew arrived over two hours late. My daughter works at a hospital, came home at one o'clock in the morning, and had to be woken early that same morning to wait around for them, as I had an appointment. Ten minutes late is understandable, over two hours is abysmal and disrespectful. When I called to express my numerous concerns (including missing shelving, lateness, disorganization, etc.) I was told that the owner (Doug) would call me. Instead the general manager called me, didn't apologize for anything, and said in a pugnacious tone "what's the problem?" This is after I had told her that her crew was over two hours late. She then informed me that they had a problem with me because her crew had been unable to use a bathroom the day before, as I don't have a guest bath or half bath in my home. I suppose she was implying they were late on purpose or as some kind of punishment? What kind of business does this? I'm the paying costumer being derided by the company I hired. I was told by the manager that they wouldn't have taken on my project if they had known this, and she would have insisted I install a portable toilet (she said "porta potti") for the crew. This was suppose to be a one day job (ended up being two), and she was instructing me to rent a portable toilet, an additional expense that wasn't even necessary when the home was built, as there is a convenience store with public restroom right up the road. The managers tone and attitude on the phone was completely unprofessional, bellicose, and outright presumptuous. The owner never called me as promised, I called back twice to ask for him, he was seemingly never available. In addition, the crew washboarded the gravel entrance to my property, which now has to be raked, and we witnessed their truck drive over and smash a custom glass driveway lantern as they were leaving the property. We have now taken pictures of both the gravel road and broken lantern. How could they not have known they ran over a glass lantern? Would have been no problem if the situation was handled professionally and respectfully, and the owner had called to hear the ongoing issues the project was incurring. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Not only is my closet beautiful but Doug's team was amazing. The job was done quickly and with precision. Tailored living took a space that I couldn't even begin to mentally create and made my DREAM closet. I can't say enough how wonderful this company is. I highly recommend them. High quality work and done on time!

We had Doug and his team re-do my husband's office, closet and our laundry room. We are thrilled with the expansion of clean storage space, the high quality of the materials and the professionalism from start to finish from the quote to the installation. After they started the project my husband added on their customized lighting and we've never regretted the investment of having it done within the package. These guys are great!!

Tailored Living did my pantry, garage floor, and two garage cabinets with tool wall. Product select and colors were good. The workers were on time and cleaned up after each job. The cost of each job was very reasonable.
