Lowe's #589

I ordered a vanity for my mom. When I went for pick up the box was cut and then taped back up. I decided to have the clerk open the box. Sure enough this was a damaged vanity. Whoever pulled the vanity from stock to put back for pickup didn't bother enough to make sure it was not damaged. The clerk said sorry, no problem we have more in stock I'll get someone to get another one. I was aggravated, but pleased that it was taken care of. Always check the larger products you buy for any damage.

We hired Lowe's for a siding job of our soffet, fascia, and breezeway in a khaki color. The individuals they hired were not the most professional and cleanest, however, completed the job in a timely manner. The individual that measure grossly over-ordered material, however, we were able to return all unused items ourselves. We were pleased to be able to return but it was bothersome being we had to borrow a truck to complete. The individual that installed it did a very rushed job in some parts and we asked for him to re-complete them (since we had so much extra material) which he was not the friendliest about. He ran out of caulk midway through the project and did not return until almost 2 weeks after to finish up certain touch up things. We were very pleased with the price compared to other companies we got quotes from but think the service itself would of been greatly improved.
