My husband and I had a kitchen remodel done by Drew in the summer of 2009? and were very happy with the results. The workers were here when they were suppose to be and did great work. They cleaned up after themselves and Drew made sure everything was moving smoothly. Drew would not gut the kitchen until the cabinets were in which I thought was a very good idea. We would definitely recommend Drew for home remodeling.

After years of talking about a kitchen remodel we finally got serious and started getting quotes. We talked to the super designer who wanted to redo our whole downstairs, probably would have been beautiful but double what we wanted to spend, then there was the local guy who provides one stop shopping but kind of felt like a used car sales pitch and there was the seat of the pants guy who didn't bother with permits. Then we put our Direct Buy membership to use and was referred to Drew Tims with Legacy. When Drew stopped by to provide an estimate we knew we had found our contractor. He immediately set us at ease and now that the project is done we know we made the right decision. Drew went above and beyond making sure that all aspects of the project met his high standards and attention to detail. He delivered on his promises and was readily accessible to address any questions or problems that came up, he even went out of his way to keep our stove connected through the remodel so that we’d have it for holiday baking. It was an unexpected gesture that greatly reduced the stress of remodeling especially over Thanksgiving and Christmas! Our project included a total kitchen makeover and new hardwood floors throughout the downstairs. We are very pleased and highly recommend Legacy Remodeling and Design and will be calling on Drew again when we are ready for our next home improvement project.

We are members of Direct Buy. Our design expert from Direct Buy recommended that we use one of their preferred contractors and introduced us to Drew Tims. We met him during our first panning and design appointment with our design expert. Not only did we do a kitchen remodel, our project also included full house wood floor re-sanding and new stain along with a creation of a mud/pet room with relocation of laundry room. Drew was very capable for the job and his team provided us with excellent service. Drew and his team were at our home when they said they would be and we never had any doubts about the remodel. We had a custom maple table made for the kitchen in which part of the wood swelled shortly after installation. Drew insisted on taking the table back out and having his carpenter re-sand and re-stain the table again. If an issue arose, Drew always made it right. We already have plans to hire Drew again for our master bathroom remodel
