Angry customer finding many sources to leave r

BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 3 plants from their website last October. They plants were expensive and the shipping fee was outrageous. They withdrew the funds from my payment source immeadiately and I waited patiently for my plants. Now it is April and I have heard nothing from them. I called. They said there were some problems but that it should ship out right away and that they would provide me with shipping info. A week and a half from that phone call - crickets. When I had called them a week and a half ago they said that they had never meant their company to sell plants online, yet when I went back to their shopping page, added plants to a cart and proceeded through the "check-out" up to where you enter the payment infomation, it appeared that they had done nothing to remove the "ordering online" option and seemed to be perfectly happy to take money from innocent customers with no intention of ever sending the plants that were ordered.

Cascadia Edible Landscapes has always been a cutting edge company. They removed my lawn to create a beautiful edible garden and landscape including several excellent flagstone walkways. The latest project included reworking my backyard and using native plants that don't require a lot of water, a green wall and completely transforming a not so usual bel backyard into our sanctuary. I highly recommend Cascadia Edible Landscapes for your next project.

Michael has years of experience in landscaping and offered me different options of how to approach my project based on my budget and timing. He has great knowledge and access to plants. Michael and Johnny were very approachable when I had questions and were quick to address problems and follow-up. I would absolutely hire them for another job.
