I loved working with the designer with Position By Design. The most important thing was that she understood the look and feel I was wanting. Being one who doesn't have an eye for design and or particularly like the process, I relied on her to lead me around to vendors, choose colors, tile, fabric, etc. I was also very happy to shop from a box when samples were shipped to my doorstep! She was both knowledgeable and budget conscience. I appreciated that when I needed something she responded in a timely manner and always followed up. I would work with Position By Design again!

Cynthia has a great eye for putting color tones together when it comes picking out tile, flooring, granite, paint color etc. She listens and understands the style type that I wanted to convey in my overall decor. She is also great at finishing touches once the project is complete!

We recently worked with Cynthia Christov with Position By Design. We had an entire second home to be completely furnished, which I found extremely daunting. But Cynthia could not have made it any easier. She listened to my input and taste, she never forgot a detail, she kept us updated as far as the progress went and she completed the project on time. I own an On-Site Sales and Marketing Company that represents Condominium Developers all across the country. For several years now I have hired, on behalf of my clients, Position By Design, to model and merchandise all of the various condominium models in the various markets throughout the US targeting an assortment of buyers. From first time buyers desiring a funky urban loft to active empty-nesters wanting a pre-retirement second home on a lake, PBD 'nails it' when creating that perfect model that specifically targets our buyers. Their merchandising is second-to-none. A prospective buyer walks into one of their models and they feel as though (a) they can relate and (b) move right in. As I said, I have used them for several years in different states targeting different buyers. On time; On Budget; and their service is exceptionally professional! My review is on their latest project for me.

My realtor recommended Cynthia with Position By Design to help with staging our home for sale. Cynthia evaluated our home furnishings, and made immediate recommendations for economically "dressing up" the look of the home. She shopped and within a couple days the next time we met, she was well prepared and set about organizing and staging 7 rooms in the house. Cynthia combined some of my own items with those she brought in to create a lovely, elegant display that accentuated the positive aspects of the house and drew the onlookers eye to special areas of interest. Her ability to "see" where these areas of interest were, and how to accentuate them resulted in a well appointed look that helped to get a contract to sell our home in 6 days. I would recommend her to anyone with a staging need, and we certainly appreciated her attention to detail and cost considerations.

Elizabeth Falconer, the President of Positions by Design has furnished my husband's office for an number of years. She is the best!! In preparation for retirement my husband and I purchased a home in Colorado! The plan was to rent out to vacationers until our retirement. We live in Texas, both of us work, and could not afford the time required to standing up a home? Elizabeth provided a turn key operation. We met her at our home in Colorado and shared with her our thoughts of the furnishings. Elizabth had carte blanch authority on everything from the furniture throughout the home to the centerpiece on the table. She facilitated the selection, the staging, the moving and the set-up. Elizabth was wonderful and obviously listened to us at our initial meeting and followed through with the plan. All our guests speak highly of our homes elegant furnishings, accessories, and welcoming ambiance.

I have had the pleasure of using Positions by Design for numerous models complexes over a six year period in the early 2000's. Elizabeth Flaconer and her team were the most creative and comprehensive designers that I've used over my 35 year career. She always met my budgets and timelines, even when it meant decorating the models while the houses were filled with painters and other subcontractors still in the house trying to finish. She wouldn't hesitate to go above and beyond her scope of work so that the homes met not only mine, but her exacting standards. She has a way of merchandising that helps accentuate the homes features and helping the homes SELL! Positions by Design brought numerous McSam awards to our company and always brought rave reviews form our customers and our peers. I would not even consider using anyone else for my model home merchandising!

Westford Builders by Tom Struhs

In 2006, as the owner/developer of Villa de Leon Condominiums, a $30 million, 6-story project in downtown Fort Worth Texas, we contracted with Elizabeth and her team for pre-construction services and for all design related finish selections. In the pre-construction phase, she offered sourcing and value engineering solutions that saved us tens of thousands of dollars in cost. Once we began construction, Elizabeth and her team of designers expertly maintained their schedule whereas the materials were at hand when we needed them, and the finished result was very nice. Ultimately, Position by Design designed all of the finished for the condominiums, all of the common area amenities, and then merchandised our models. We recommend them to everyone we know. Their tastes are spot on as they know our market. Their sense of special requirements for showing our floor plans is amazing. They are great team members. We have used them again and again as projects arise.
