We knew from the first conversation with Al Yuhasz he was the guy who would build our dream home. He is a stickler for detail and accepts no shortcuts. Al was on top of our custom home project as if it was his own. His team is amazing - each one with their own talent in home building. We had unique requests for our home and Al fulfilled each one of them! Make the call, you will see!

QRI was great to work with on our house. Al took our plans and made several great suggestions and gave us a very accurate bid. They kept project within our budget and on time. We were out of the state during the build and QRI kept us up to date with photo's and e mails throughout the project. Quality of work is outstanding. We highly recommend this company.

My experience with contractors (after two prior stick build projects) has not been entirely positive. QRI Construction has changed my view. Alan Yuhasz worked through the design and construction of our wonderful home as though it was his. He and his company gave us what we wanted for the price we agreed upon. The home won the Brunswick County (NC) Parade of Homes' Diamond award. All I can say is ......Wow!!

QRI Construction Corp is simply the best home builder I have ever come across, having built 10 homes as my wife and I moved around the country during my career. Owner Al Yuhasz’s attention to detail, meeting construction challenges inherent in home plans, as well as striving to personalize each home by listening to owner requests and acting on them regardless of their complexity, is truly unique. The home his team built for us in NC absolutely perfect - beautiful and sturdy, making it through storms and high water events inherent to our area with no issues. Our home was built so distinctively by QRI that the architectural firm we purchased the plans from, Donald Gardner Associates, came down and did a photo shoot after its’ completion and featured our home on the cover of their catalog. What else can I say?

I selected QRI for two projects. The first involved the conversion of a screened porch to a three season room, fully insulated with insulated glass windows and doors. The job involved the re design of an inside wall from french doors to a single door and three window wall. The second part involved the removal of the wood decking on the front porch to a trex type flooring, the removal of the porch ceiling for a tongue and groove pine ceiling and the replacement of the fron door and side lites

Al Yuhasz of QRI is fantastic to work with. He makes sure everything is done correctly when building your home. He works with you and for you. He is in contact with you through the whole process. He pays attention to detail. The QRI team builds a fantastic house and do excellent work. I would highly recommend QRI.
