The award-winning firm was founded in 1995 by Gary Furman, FAIA, LEEDap. Philip Keil joined as name partner in 2005 after working for Gary for 5 years.
Furman + Keil Architects is engaged in the Austin community, including the Austin Green Building Program, the US Green Building Council's LEED Program, and the AIA. Our homes have been featured in numerous AIA Homes Tours and in a variety of local and national publications.

We enjoy the meticulous process of architectural design, which requires the constant consideration of the overall composition, while working at the finest detail. We strive to create buildings that are sensitive to the environment, while establishing a close connection with the landscape.
