This was our second major renovation project using Hampson Design and Construction. The project included replacement of tile floors throughout our condo and renovations of two full baths. The project was completed on time, on budget, and with exactly the results we had hoped for. Ian Hampson has vast experience in renovations and is current in all facets of design and construction. Very pleased with almost everything. Hampson Design has a great deal of experience in renovating/creating additional space in high rise apartments - a more specialized field than your average contractor. We were certainly able to benefit from his experience and knowledge in enclosing balcony (11th floor/water views) to create a new room for us out of 'old' underutilized guest room. Our objective was to reclaim square footage for my husband and I to actually use on a day-to-day basis from former two bed/two bath guest suite. We only added about 100sf, but we now have a large room that works the way we do!
