Commented: Do you know the dimensions of this room? A typical base cabinet is 24" deep and most washer dryers are around 30" deep so with only 6'8" you will be too cramped with cabinets on either side. You could maybe get away with some shallow shelving...

Commented: Floor? It is a porcelain tile. The manufacturer is Century, the line is Darwin, the color is Seymore and it is a 20" x 20" tile.
