I am a licensed, full service residential General Contractor in Fairfield County, CT. I am available for preliminary construction consultation, value cost engineering, preliminary / construction documents bid work and independent site management and consulting. My background has given me the experience and insight necessary for any successful home project. A reliable general contactor has to wear many hats to ensure that the various aspects of any home project, whether home building, remodeling or an addition, all come together seamlessly. Prior to starting my own company, I provided skilled labor for high-end residential construction throughout Fairfield County Ct. and Westchester County NY as a residential framing contractor. I also held management positions for residential and commercial general contractors, such as Toll Brothers, where I gained hands on experience in site work and site blasting. Additionally, I worked for a commercial company that contracted modernization projects in NYC working under the School Construction Authority in Manhattan. I gained a highly valued experience in dealing with various construction unions, city school officials and inner city coalitions. I have been in the residential construction business for almost 30 years. No project is too big or too small for my team.
